Thank the lord, the search is over and we have found Hercules. Having travelled hundreds of miles and spending hundreds of pounds to find the perfect vehicle for our trip we finally discovered Herc at the relatively local distance of 30 miles! We had a number of tick points on our search for the perfect car and he scores on most of them. He has under 100,000 miles on the clock with just 88,000, he has been consistently serviced throughout his life and looked after, he passed the RAC check with just a few bits and pieces that needed doing, he already comes with a winch, snorkel, bashplates, roof tent and decent stereo We were contacted by Dunsfold DLR a reputable Land Rover garage who were selling him for a friend.

Now we can finally get on with creating the perfect overland expedition vehicle.
